About 2 months ago I switched from the
depo shot to the pill. Well last month I
had a normal period, and the last day of
my period I had sex. Now, i'm late on my
period a couple days and I think I may be
pregnant. I took a test and it showed a
very light negative reading. I'm tired
all the time, my breast are swollen and
tender and my head feels like it has a lot
of pressure in it. I took the pill all
month long not thinking anything. Could
that be a reason that the test showed
negative or could I be pregnant and it's
too early to detect? If anyone can help
me please let me know.

The hormone change with the birth control.
I was on depo and my breast still leak
even though I haven't nursed in over a
year, and I didn't have that with my last
son. And my boobs are tender a lot of the
time. I switched the other way but I
don't know if that is enough help I am
sorry but I just know switching and the
hormone levels changing can do things to
your body

question: when you get off of the pill
don't you have to wait until the following
cycle begins to get the depo shot?
