Hi. I was wondering if anyone has ever experienced these symptoms. For about 3 years- but i've had more episodes recently- I experience heat sensations or hot flashes sometimes after I eat. They start on my right side (i thought I had a gallbladder problem) and radiate through my back, chest, and back of arms. I kept a journal of everything I ate- and i've narrowed it down to anything cooked in soybean oil or peanut oil. Sometimes products that contain soy or peanuts will affect me. I have been to the allergist and I know I am allergic to soy- but I do not know if I have been tested for peanuts. It's weird that this is happening as an adult. I am 34. Can allergies start like this in an adult. Someone mentioned it just might be due to hormonal changes. I get a rash around my finger where my wedding band is. Perhaps when my hormones get in order the allergies wil go away. Who knows! All I know is I have lost 22 pounds in 6 months and don't want to loose anymore. If you have experienced anything like this, please let me know. Thank you.
