Q: How Do I Get Rid of Back Acne?

I remembered, when I had lots of acne on my face, I used a product called proactiv and it really worked. But now I have acne on my back. I have tried over-the-counter pro. Like clearasil, but they don't help at all with the back acne. I'm thinkin' about using proactiv again, but before I do, what would you guys recommend?

I tried something very cheap - here walter knows better what I mean. The balm 911, though cheap, is quite effective. I like sunburning - its also nice protective cream.

I'm in the same boat.
I started getting it from stress when my mother and I went to england for a vocal tour that I was in. So now for the past year and a half i've tried almost every product imaginable and the best i've found was clearasil ultra. I use it daily, and it's working though I still have a looong way to go.
