I've been taking zoloft for about a year
now. I've had my dosage upped twice (from
50mg, to 100mg, and now 150mg). But
lately (there's been a big crisis at our
house that is still sort of going on) i've
been getting really depressed and my panic
attacks have come back. Now my aunt is
guilt tripping me because I was supposed
to help her out this week, but I had a
panic attack at her house and went home
after only one day. This is making me
even more sad. I don't know, I feel like
it's wearing off. I've recently quit
going to my therapist because she's a
punk, and was placing blame on me for
things that were not my fault. I didn't
take my opinion seriously, but I told
other people (not just friends) about my
last visit with her, and they've all said
that she shouldn't have done that and that
she crossed a line. So now i'm sort of in
limbo. I told my aunt just now, and she
says she understands. Although she's
still peeved because she lost sleep and an
hour of work (she went in over an hour
late, and her bosses weren't too happy).

Grozda- I am on zoloft as well - it takes
about a month to fully kick in. If you
have xanax, you might want to take that
when you get an attack until the medicine
takes effect.
Oatmealfairy - my mother had her dosage
upped several times as well, and once it
wasn't working for her anymore, her and
her Dr. Switched her medicine and she is
doing a lot better. I would definitly
find a better therapist and start fresh
with therapy...Don't let a bad therapist
make you feel worse.
