Not neccessarily. Premature ejaculation basically means like under 30 seconds for the most part and often refers to people who can't control their ability to orgasm. As much as an hour seems to be far fetched, it is 100% possible if you know what you're doing!

I am not really sure myself. I know that in reference to men, the ability to masturbate for a long time could mean they can last longer during sex. For females, it is the unfortunate product of our anatomy that many women can barely orgasm during masturbation at all, no matter how long they go at it! So a male being able to last longer has a better chance of getting his female partner to orgasm as well.

As for myself, i'm very lucky that I can get myself "off" in five minutes. It takes my boyfriend longer to do it for me, but that's just because I know how to touch myself better.

I have heard that uncircumsized men have a lot more sensation in the foreskin; if that is true then it would seem logical that it would take less time for them to masturbate. However, I have also heard that the foreskin allows a guy to know better when he's just about to orgasm, and thus control it better.

To all you younger guys out there. Taking only 5 minutes or less to orgasm is not somehting you'll want to be bragging about when youre with a lover. The average woman takes somethign like 20 to 40 minutes to reach her climax/orgasm. Granted, masturbation is not having sex, so why should you invest the time?
1: because it feels great.
2: practice makes perfect. Take some time to learn how you react to your (or other's) touch. You may find some more enjoable ways to masturbate.
3: because later in life you're going to wish you could go one hour, even more, before finally getting off with your partner.
