What are some side effects/ symptoms that might occur after getting off birth control besides irregular periods?

Well, i've been off the pill for a few months and my sex drive is up a little bit. I have also lost a few pounds, but i'm on other meds for chronic pain as well. Other than that I haven't really noticed anything different. Heather
