Hi all, I am 19 years of age and have a
beautiful girlfriend and I do suffer from
premature ejaculation. I have posted my
whole premature ejaculation story if
interested in helping me. I think is was
a while ago but you can find it if you
search "premature ejaculation" and look
for my post. Anyways, I am seriously
trying to over come this nightmare and I
was actually wondering if it really is
possible to overcome premature
ejaculation. But like serious premature
ejaculation...Like you had it for a few
years, and you came after a few thrusts
and got really sick of it and did
something about it and are now having the
greatest sex ever and you are able to hold
yourself until you want to cum. That kind
of premature ejaculation! Anyways, I
would like to hear of anybodys story of
actually overcoming pe and would like to
know if it really is possible or is its a
physical problem that a lot of people such
as myself have and it is something ill
have to live with. Please answer...It
would mean soo much to me to know that

Ok, thank you for replying but.....None of
those...I repeat none of those forums has
anything to do with what I was asking,
thats about people with erectile
diffucilties. I dont have erectile
diffucilties, I can get him up no problem,
its just cumming to fast.... Thats the
problem! Please...Anybody with a success
story of overcoming premature ejaculation,
could you please share it and tell me how
you did it. People please, this is very
improtant to me...I need some hope to know
I can overcome pe. It would be a great

There are a number of similar threads;
search and see what you find. Most
recommend masturbating prior to sex,
trying the "stop and go method" and
learning kegels which you will learn to
love in the long run. These are all
"free" easy ways to help if not completely
solve your problem.

difference. Again the same difference
issue. One is coming fast and the other
is staying forever...And can u say that

going in and out with no aim. Without an

I dont know which one is preferable but I
know that we had no choice. Can we change
what we have been given? They tell some
ways but who can guarentee that that
"solution" will not cause more severe
problems. I think we dont have to learn
how to come fast or quick but we have to
learn how to be happy...(here I m not only

youll get use to sex and begin to last
longer, also, I noticed I lasted longer as
I got older, until age 19, you could also
help this problem by masturbating many
times in a row and soon youll get
exhausted and slowly start to last longer
or before you cum in her just pull out and
kiss or do a little more foreplay and then
go back to sex and just repeat until your
ready to orgasm

once before sex will help; many times
prior to sex may make it difficult for you
to maintain an erection. You may want to
look into kegels which would allow you to
control when you're ready to
orgasm/ejaculate with time...
