How strange... Maybe you should go for a second opinion. I had a tummy tuck first and still ended up with the hip roll and back fat. I had the lipo and it fixed it all. My skin actually did pretty well, and stayed pretty tight. Sounds like the surgeon is trying to get extra $$ from you. If this is the same person that performed the orginal tuck, then they should have taken care of that problem the first time. Seek out another doctor.
