A couple of weeks ago I sat up in bed really fast. When I did this I had this horrible pain that shot up from my shoulder into my neck to the top of my head. Since then when I move a certain way it hurts the top of my head, like i'm pulling something. I can rub a particular spot on my head where it hurts, my left eye has some pain and my shoulder hurts on top.

Does this make since? Can you explain this?
