Allright, im prob stupid for asking this question, but since daylight savings time happened, does this mean I need to take the pill a hour earlier?
I was taking it at 9, but does this mean I have to take it at 8?
Im sooo confused!

It shouldn't make a hug diff. If you want to be extra safe you can probably gradually work your way back to 9 (like take it a 8 on day, 8:15 the next, , 8:30...)

No, it makes no difference at all. I have been on the pill for 4 years now. No need to worry, just take it at your usual time.

I didn't think about it but never changed my pill time. I'm taking yasmin and this week is my period week. It started a day late and is much lighter than usual.

I hope that's all it is...

I hadn't even thought of the daylight savings thing before until today, oops. I usually take my pill at 7:45 (before dst) so I guess now i'm going to gradually take it earlier
