Its normal not to even gain weight in the first few months, tho some women will get larger beforehand. It all depends on your body.
As for severe stomach cramps, thats not normal. But cramping and pulling feelings are normal. Its usually ur ligaments stretching, getting ready for baby. But if your worried, talk to your doctor about it. I wouldnt worry unless I saw blood following with the cramping!

I'm 11 weeks pregnant too and I am doing the same thing. I have no bleeding or anything. Just the cramping. I am planning on going to my first docotor's visit this month and I am going to mention this to him and I would suggest you do the same. There for a while I thought I was going to miscarry but weeks later still no bleeding. Don't worry about not gaining any weight right now. A lot of ppl don't start packing it on until later.
