I have been on ortro-tricyclen lo for five years. If you are preganant and do not know but you keep taking the pill cause you do not have and symptoms will this do severe damage?

I do believe that any bcp's should be stopped immediately upon discovery of pregnancy (if she is planning to keep the baby) to minimze the risk for damage.

I got pregnant on ortho tri cyclen lo 7 weeks ago.....Didn't know it....Didn't stop taking my perscription.....Last thursday I had a miscarriage....Hope this helps. Check out the ortho lo website...There is some good info on there. You should also get a blood test done to figure out if you are pregnant. But keep in mind because of being on the pill it is not likely to show up right away.
