Q: Ganglion Cyst Post Op

I got my ganglion cyst(left hand top of wrist) removed 2 weeks ago. My hand is still swollen. Any tips/ideas on how long is too long for my hand to still be swollen? All of my bandages where taken off 3 days ago. I still can't make a fist!
