When I masterbate I ejaculate not very high at all infact I ejaculate about 1 cm, the cum comes out think and in a pearly colour it droops out slowly. There have been several occasions when the cums shoots up very high and fast but this this hardly ever happens. I have never had sex or anything sex related, should I be worried and will I always cum like this when having sex or a bj or hj, or is this just because masterbating isnt as fun as an acctaul bj or hj and so I arnt ejaculating as hight as I would when havinh one ?

You'll probably come more "explosively" if you're more turned on. If you're just jerkin off for the hell of it, then it's understandable why the reaction is "ooze".
