I have a two year old little girl and her name is holly melia
melia is hawaiian and means plumeria I lived in guam when I had her and thought she should have an island name, holly was just something my mom thought of and when I said it she kicked me so that was her name. I am now 34 wks pregnant with or son and we have had hell trying to agree on a name for him. Finally we agreed on thomas matthew. Matthew is my husbands name and it is tradition in his family that the first born son take the fathers first name as his middle name. If this was going to be a girl it would have been lillian mohala. We thought we would keep with the island theme. Mohala means peddles unfolding. If you don't use a middle name make sure his anicials don't spell something funny. That goes for any names though. Unfortunately I didn't think of that before I named my daughter she is hmo you can get some funny things out of that. Hehe

Have you had your baby yet? If not maybe I could try to change your mind last minute! Your names are lovely and yes I think middle names are important! But I just love scarlett elizabeth (girl) and rueben james (boy)
