Q: horrible pain in my back, chest and stomach

What is this? Every once in awhile I will be stricken with horrible pain that can last hours. It's in my back, chest and stomach. A kind of cramping, maybe. It's really, really bad and seems to get worse with every little movement. I'm not experiencing it right now or I wouldn't be able to sit here typing. Three factors that seem to bring it on are...

1. Sleep deprivation
2. Sitting on a hard chair, bodily stiffness
3. Stress

am I just cramping up? Has anyone else experienced this?
