Q: Tingling Sensation

I feel tingling sensation in my feet and lower legs as soon as I eat something sweet. I am 40yrs old 200# active male. My blood work came okay. I used to get similar feeling when I used to smoke. This feeling tends to fade away but take a while (a couple of hours).
