I am 31 and I have recently been diagnosed with eczema. Apparently it is not really bad (as the Dr. Said) but it is pretty bad to me. I have dry patches on my arms, spots on my back and on the back of my neck and between my breasts.

Sometimes it itches but not all the time and not bad. Sometimes I get these little bumps too. The Dr. Said all this is normal and may get worse as the winter progresses.

The Dr. Gave me a steroid cream that made the redness go away. I can't get anymore of that unless I go back to the see the Dr. And I can't really afford to keep going to the dr and then pay for the prescription too. Besides, I want to get the dryness under control too and the steroid cream had no effect on that. The dr mentioned that I should use a fragrance free lotion like lubriderm or something and that I should use a soap free body wash. I have done all that with little change.

Any one else dealing with this? Have any suggestions?

Thanks,

This atopalm mle cream appears to be $36, do you know of anything similar that is cheeper?

I have heard of using pure cocco butter and mineral oil. Someone else was telling me about something called eucerin lotion. Have you ever heard of that?

Thanks,
