Well im 16 and I just got emancipated a few months ago and as far as I know in order to get emancipated you have to have 3 thing.
~still be in school
~have a job
~and have a place to stay
and its not that easy to do. It took me a while. I had to get a lawyer. And give good reasons why I should not still be in the care of my parents. Im not positave but im pretty sure that you have to be 16. I tried to get emancipated at 15 and I couldn't.
And its up to the judge really even if you have proof of everything. And if your parents are anything like mine they will think of any reason to tell the judge and magestrate why you should not be emancipated...Meaning...They will bring up anything you have ever done and on top of that your pregnant by this 19 year old.
Im not trying to be negative. Im just letting you know its not as easy as a lot of people think it is.Well I hope that helped and it you have anymore questions you can reply or pm me.

And you still go to school, b/c im in il and they said that I cant move out till im 18 and im 16 right now. But my mom alwayz trying to tell me to leave and stuff. But when I go to do it she asks me were the medical answer do I think im going with my baby, and sh*t like that.. My mom crazy as hell, so I dont know!

Extremely eHealthy
If your parents dont approve they could easily call the cops and the cops will come and pick you up.

15 & 19 is illegal in missouri.

Look up the law for missouri, I live in missouri aswell. My mom is a social worker & deals with a lot of these kinda cases.

I was planning on getting emancipated if I couldn't get married. But I was able to because there is such a law about being 15 and pregnant and being able to get married without parental consent. I don't know if you were thinking about getting married but I was going to throw that out there anyways. As far as I know once your pregnant or in some states have the baby then you are considered a legal adult.Maybe you could move out once you have the baby? I don't know about where you are at but that is how it is in all the states around me. Good luck.

At 15 years old, I dont' think you could, maybe at 16, but not at 15

and just to let you know, 15 and 19 is not illegal, yes its not the ideal age gap for someone that young, but it's not illegal

i would maybe suggest talking to your parents and talking to a lawyer to see what must be done if you really wanted to move out. You would have to through courts anyway, and there would have to be some reason why you would need to be emancipated, not just because you wanted to move into your boyfriends house. It would have to be something like abuse and things along those lines.
