Suggestions Please

Hello,
my name is heather.About 2 years ago I had severe nausea and vomiting for about 3 weeks.Everyday and it was always after lunch.No matter what I ate.It was mostly liquid, except sometimes it looked like coffee grounds.I stopped drinking all caffine and cutting my meals in half and it stopped.Well on august 26,2005 it came back, only it is much worse.No coffee ground looking stuff though.The vomiting is more frequent than last time and more severe.I have really bad weak spells, where I start shaking really bad and my arms just feel like dead weight.I get really tired like I havent slept in a week and it just hits me all of a sudden.Its not low blood sugar because I am hypoglycemic already and I check my sugar frequently, especially when im having one of my spells.Sometimes I feel like im drunk.My eyes get all blurred, I get light headed,stumble around, and my face feels numb.When the weak spell comes on is usually when I feel the nausea and eventually end up vomiting.I cant seem to get enough water, thats all I want to drink.My mouth seems like cotton all the time.I've had an upper gi and ct scans because my stomach was very painful to the touch but they didnt see anything.The doc said that my white blood cells were on the high borderline but not to worry.That was about 4 months before the sick spells started this year.If anyone has any suggestions that could explain this please let me know.Thank you.
