I have given up coffee all together because it made me sick in the beginning of my pregnancy. My problem is soda! I allow myself one a day sometimes with caffeine, sometimes without. I have read that one or two cups a day of tea, coffee, or soda is fine.

I have one cup of caffeinated tea in the morning and then I have fruity decaf tea that I drink cold the rest of the day. Of course, I still drink lots of water. Hope that helps! :)

Water is actually the best thing you could drink right now. Of course..I splurge..But it's with apple juice and things of that nature. Sugar is a large factor in it as well. If there is too much sugar that could lower it's hydrating abilities. Caffine is doable but should be kept at a low intake.

The other night I couldn't resist and drank a barqs and my baby felt like it (he?) was going to kick/punch his way through my belly!!!
