Visited the doctor to learn that my cholesterol was way to high and that I was or could become borderline diabetic ..The doctor gave me a strong recommendation to change my eating habits and also begin exercising..Is there any one else out there experiencing this type of situation? And if so what are some of the things you are doing about it?
