I am concerned that I might have colon cancer. I'm only 20, and recently while using the restroom bright red blood "squirted" out and continued on and off. What is going on?? Should I go to the emergency room? Crying or Very sad

i think it is always wise to seek proper medical attention for any condition that is bothering you.

However, your problem may be as simple as an internal or external hemarroid, which can bleed on an off after your visit the restroom.
