I am very contispated and it hurts if I try to go in my pelvis. What can I do as it is too early to test and its uncomfortable?

Eat lots of fiber, eat lots of fruits and veggies (prunes) drink lots of water.

I have never tried this, but I read somewhere that if you drink warm water with drops of lime in it, it's supposed to help.
