Hi my name is kelly I am 19 years old and have been informed I suffer from pcos. My partner and I have been trying to full pregnant and I am losing weigh to help does anyone else no of anything that will help us conceive? :)

Hello im tracey and I too was diagnosed at 19 with pcos. I have lost 18 and half pounds so far which on a scan recently showed my left ovary almost clear of cysts. I use rose oilrubbed on my plelvis area which helps reggulation of periods and I do yoga and attend a gym which has helped. If you take iburofen then I would stop as I found these irrtitaed my syntomes. Try verity-pcos web site and fertilityfriends web site as these are good for info and chat. All the best
