You might want to get a membership to a gym, and use its facilities for lifting and such. In addition to all of your anaerobic exercises you should do some cardio also. Try doing one day of intense upperbody, like pushups, benchpress, curls, pullups, flys, lateral work, ect. Make sure that you work everything equaly. That same day do some light abs work, as well as squats, leg extensions and any other lowerbody work you want to do. Then take a break after that day, eat well and get a full night of sleep. The next day work on lower body more intense, and only some light weight, but high rep work on the upperbody. This should show you some results pretty quickly, just make sure to get in cardio work whenever you can, and to keep your protein intake very high.

If you want a real full body work out, join aerobic classes. Now to most males they seem "gay" and for "wussys" but trust me, I thought the same and after doing one it changed my mind. You get a full body workout and you sweat hardcore, it wasn't because I am not in shape, because I play hockey, it's just hard stuff

agreed, aerobics classes, as well as say, kickboxing or dance, are great for the body.
