Hi, i'm a new member and i'm really hoping someone can help me. I suffered with panic attacks about 7 years ago for about a year. Then about 5 months ago they came back. My symptoms are really strange. Mine always start with a heat sensation. Kindof like a hot flash. Sometimes they are mild, sometimes I feel like i'm on fire. I don't blush- nothing turns red. It sometimes wells up inside in my chest. Sometimes it starts in my back and arms. The heat can last from 1 to 15 minutes. One time it lasted 1 hour! I've had my stomach checked out for acid reflux, and my gallbladder because I have pain in the right upper part of my stomach. I've also had my hormones and thyroid checked. Everything looks okay. The doctors can't explain the heat. If anyone has any clues I would appreciate it!
