Q: Weird Symptoms

I've had anxiety for about 2 years now and am just starting to accept this fact and i've jsut recently had some different symptoms that i'm confused about. When I move my head I hear a popping sound and my neck feels tight. Also i've been having trouble concentrating and sleeping. Could this be from drinking alcohol while in this state of anxiety for so long and do my nerves just need to relax? Can anyone relate.?? Thank you

Hi Jake
I have similar symptoms as urs!
Ive had anxiety for 4/5 months and recently ive noticed a poping sound when eva I move my head, im not sure whether its my ears or wheter the sound in my head. Is it the same with u?
My neck is vety tense especially the front, my throat also feels tight.
For u is it the front or back of ur neck that is tense/tight?

Hey
Ya i'm also confused about what that noise is. It's pretty wierd, and hard to believe that anxiety would cause such weird thing. But the neck stiffness is in the back for me.
