I had an mri last night and the technician
made me take off my belt and empty my
pockets, however, I had jeans with a
zipper and gromets as well as a pair of
work boots with gromets, will that affect
my results?

It depends what area of you body the mri
was for. If it wasn't you pelvis or feel
it shouldnt be a problem. The
technologist makes everyone empty their
pockets and belt as a safety precaution.
Hope this helps

I am totally claustrophobic. I am having
an MRI tomorrow ( pherperial neuropathy )
with IV sedation. My neurologist gave me
ativan to try for a day and I was just
hyper. I also have RLS so difficult to
keep still. What is this sedation and does
it work ?
