Today I had quite a good day out and just messing bout my friendended up twisting my arm right round my back and since then there has been a really bad pain right at the top of my arm.Its very tender and hurts when I do move my arm.

Will this just go away or should I go to the doctors about this.Funny thing is theres no bruiseing of any sort.
