Hi. I am a 16 year old female and I was looking for some help. Ever since I can remember I have had stomach problems. I do believe that I am lactose intolerant. My stomach mainly cramps in the morning if I get out of bed fast, like if I get up at 8am or even at 11am or 12pm. It normally only hurts for a hour though. I have to run to the bathroom a few times during that hour. At night it also makes noises. I only eat one full meal a day. I will snack the rest of the day. I drink sunkist only, not much water. I take the pills when I eat chesse. Never drink milk. Been to doctors and they have told me that nothing is wrong. I get really stressed sometimes and nervous. It may have somthing to do with my stress. This controls my life. I have to plan around this. And it has been happening forever. Any information would help. Thanks!

Also my mom has this problem to, but not as serve.
