I have these white looking sores that pops in and out my life! (in my mouth!) they only stay for 4 days...They only hurt for 2 or 3 days and on they 4th day they disappear...What are they? Can it be syphillis? Im scared and dunno wat to do or think! Help!!!!!Please!!!!!
