So Sorry Posted: 12-08-03 16:42pm
I am so sorry for your loss. You didnt
say wether you are trying to conceive or
not, but it really doesnt matter. I had a
friend who is just getting over this. She
has been trying for a baby for 3 years.
She is mourning the loss of a baby that
never was, but to her it was there. She
says no one understands. That would be
so hard. I will pray for you.
Take care,

Im so sorry that you have to go thru this,
I to had the same thing happen to me at 3
and a half months along, all my tests were
normal, but when we went to hear the heart
beat there wasnt one. We had an
ultrasound to be sure and there was just
an empty sac. My husband and I were
crushed, the doctor said that with a
blighted ovum there probablyn was a
embryo, but it dissolved back into my body
very early on. I had to have a d&c to
remove the tissue. It was the worst thing
that ever happened to me and took me a
long time to get over it. There was a
conception and a baby and mouning its loss
is important. From know on you should
insist on an ultrasound on your first
visit, so you wont be walking around
excited for 3 months like me! Good luck
to you. P.S. After that I had a
miscarraige at home a 5 weeks, and now I
am 5 weeks pregnant again. I go to have
an ultrasound on feb 25. Please let there
be a baby in there!!!
