Q: Whats Going On?

I finished my last pack of pills (yasmin) a month and half ago, as my husband and I would like to start trying for a baby. I know that your period can be irregular for a few months after stopping the pill, but I started spotting a week after my first period off the pill was due. I have now been spotting for nearly 2 weeks, whats going on?

Your body is used to a certain dose of hormones that you are not getting anymore. Give it some time. Sounds normal to me.

Generally it takes 2 to 3 cycles for your body to get back to it's norm. Spotting right after stopping pills is very normal :)
