Lump
Yes I agree. In order to be 100% sure you need yo go to the doctor. If it is cancer the earlier you detect it the earlier they can correct the problem.

Either way you need to go to the doctor. You can go to your local health clinic at no charge and they are not allowed to tell your parents without your consent. You are rather young to have a pap test, but you need to go to the doctor, I do not think they will require you to get a pap test but it does need to be checked out. They might have to stick something inside of you to spread your vagina apart and look inside to see if there is anything else similiar. It could be serious, and if it is caught now, if it is what you think it then it can be taken care of. Either way, you might need to tell your mom. She is your mom, and regardless if you guys do not talk about things like that, she has been through the same things you have if not more. So it might be weird, but you do need to consider telling her.

it is possible to have a cyst down there... I got one once and it hurt like heck and it had to be drained... It was horrible and it freaked me out too...It was a big, round, hard lump that hurt like heck... But if I had not have asked my Dr. About it, it would've hurt for forever.
Plus...You mom loves you!!! She would be horrified to know you are going through this alone. No mom wants her daughter to have to suffer in anyway. I hated going to my mom about those types of things... But its always always worth it. Your mom will make an appt. For you and be with you as support... Please tell your mom!!! Isn't a moment of embarrassment when you mention it better than discomfort and being scared...And any possible health problems if it is something serious?
