Q: Allergic Reaction Or Roseacea?

The bridge of my nose gets very red and hot usually whenever I eat hot (not spicy) food or enter a warm house/building after being out in the cold. It feels like I am stuffed up but I am not. I do have allergies and take daily medication for it and I am also a fair skinned irish woman. Does anyone have an idea about what this could be?

Rosacea (also known as adult acne) is common among people
of english and irish descent.
We react to heat, stress, exercise, alcohol.
Some people have a "butterfly" effect across the nose
and cheeks. Some have a bulbous nose, like w. C. Fields,
the guy in movies from the 30's with a top-hat and sort of
a whiney voice. No known cause, but topical meds are
available.

There are other diseases with similar symptoms.
