I was wondering if someone had sex 7 days
before the start of their period would
they have to wait until their next missed
period to test or would it show results
with the upcoming period? I have been
told that to test you should either wait
17 days after conception or with a missed
period, so how would this particular
situation apply to these?

I don't think a correct result would show
up after only 7 days. I'd say if you miss
your period by like a week then test.
