Q: Stomach Pains For No Reason???

Lately I have been having stomach pains. I saw the doctor and he said that it looks like the intestines, but my blood results came out just fine. Is it possible that i'm having these pains because of stress? I'm 18, I have school and two jobs. I usually start to have these pains in the morning and they get stronger if I eat something or drink something like coffee. I have to admit that I did have these kinds of pains before, but once in a while, like once in two or four months, and now lately it's more often.
