Hi!

I was just wondering if anybody out there has experienced this. I stopeed my bc pill two months ago after being on it for almost 11 years straight. Ever since I stopped it, I have broken out on my shoulders and back like mad and it gets worse around period time as well. My skin has always been oily, so I take a zinc supplement to keep that at bay and I also have been taking the herb vitex- chasteberry tree- to regulate my periods and to get control over my hormones/pms symptoms. I do take many vitamins and such so I was thinking it could be something i'm taking, but I just about ruled everything out. The acne is not horrific, but it's enough to keep me annoyed and feeling yucky. I also use neutrogena body wash for body breakouts as well. Has anybody had this happen to them?

acne on back after quitting the pill
the same happened to me, I quit the pill after being on it for seven years straight and now a few months later my back is covered in horrible pimples. I've always had a smooth, soft back so even though it isn't horrible I hate it.
