I have been having tight, painful
erections, within 24 hours of masturbating
or ejaculating. I was just wondering what
may be the cause of these pains, that only
occur within a day or so of an
ejactulation, and what can I do to get rid
of them?

Does the pain feel as though it's on the
surface of your penis (ie: nerves) or
internally? Are you cut or uncut?

It feels like it is tightness in my
urethrea and the shaft of my penis. I am
circumsized, yes.

Pain such as this is most often associated
with peyrone's disease, nerve damage,
trauma, or irritation, or a penile mass.
With peyronie's disease, you don't
necessarily have to feel any masses or
plaques that are usually associated with
the disease - especially in the milder
form. The fact that you have pain only
during erection supports this cause. If
this is truly the cause, treatment can
involve injection of certain medications
into the plaque, radiation therapy or
surgery.
You should probably contact a doctor if
pain persists more than the next couple of
days.

Giving a little more detailed explanation
might help me to confirm.
