Sometimes my nostrils seem to close up and I cant breathe properly then I breathe through my mouth and go into panic mode thinking i'm gonna suffocate,it mostly happens during the night ,i wake up and feel all funny like I cant breathe, but I think its because in my sleep I was trying to breathe through my nose and it was semi blocked, not with muccus just constricted.
