Are you usually regular? If not then its normal for your period to be off, but if you are regular and have been stressing about being pregnant that could also set your period back. If you wanted you could take a hpt now but i'd wait a few days and if you still haven't got it take a test. Good luck.

My period has always been normal, like I could mark on my calender, the hour that it should come, and now all of a sudden its not here. I took a hpt a little while ago, and it came out posative, but I am going to have my mom make me an appointment to see if I am.

take a pregnancy test. Being one day late doesn't mean anything though.
