I knw this is probably gross but with anxiety does it make you feel like your going to have a heart attack when you masterbate. I have a foot fetish see and well when I look at girls feet I start to feel anxiety like it gets really worse I think its becuase im anxious and lol thats what anxiety is I just want to know if anyone else has this problem
