I have had back problems most of my life and 23 years ago when it took me ten minutes to get out of my car a Dr. Marstellar (deceased) from sellersville, pa and held a half dozen licenses twirled his thumb in my lower back at a ganglion of nerves and had me up and walking like I was never in pain. The sixty mile drive home brought the pain back. From that day forward I refused all back surgery.
It has only been the past seven years that I finally got the pain under control.
Colloidal silver (cs) helped, msm was helpful but apple cider vinegar with the *mother* in it really did the trick. I must have had gout. I wonder why they always wanted to operate on me? (grin)
search apple cider vinegar health and read anything you can find with the name bragg. It wont fix all back problems but I assure you it will fix some along with high cholesterol, gout, arthritis, high blood pressure, stones etc.
It's just too simple,
