I think you need to increase the fiber
content of your diet.
If you eat too many refined foods with
little or no enzymes,
your body will have a very tough time.
You should eat plenty of fruits and raw
vegetables and drink plenty of fluids.
Also, you might want to take a liver
cleanse supplement. Ask at a local
health store and they will point you to a
good liver supplement.
If none of this works, then see your
doctor because going two weeks without a
bowel movement is not right.
Hope this helps...Good luck

think the mucas is so bad and smells?

Im not an expert, but I think too much
mucus coming out of there
might be a sign of an overactive liver
and/or gall bladder.
What I dont understand is how come you eat
a regular diet and dont go?
Where is it all going? Hmm I will have to
think about this.
Are you taking a broad spectrum vitamin
supplement? Do you have any other
problems besides not going to the
bathroom?
I mean are you in good health otherwise?

I had a hystorectomy 3 years ao (then 29).
Other than that i've always been
constipated. I'm serious, I can go a wekk
or 2 without going to bathroom. I have to
drink that fleet stuff. Even regular
laxatives don't help me. Fleet is the nly
thing.

Sorry to get back so late, but I was out
of town...'
i am interested in your situation and I am
trying to understand whats going on.
Can you tell me what fleet consists of? I
mean what are the ingredients in a typical
bottle of fleet.
Have you gone to the doctor about this
problem? Have they suggested anything or
come up with any answers?

I Think It's My Gall Bladder

I have had this pain before -- couple of
months ago. It's in my right side sorta
low between my back and stomach. It is
sharp, dull feeling and at times
unbearable. It wakes me up from my sleep
and lasts about 20 minutes or so..
Sometimes it hurts really bad, other times
it hurts but more annoying than painful..
Could it be my appendix or gall bladder?

You Might Be Right

I did a quick search on the web for gall
bladder symptoms etc.
It does list a dull pain in the right
upper abdomen as one of the symptoms.
Since the gall bladder stores bile which
is used for digestion, if it stops working
and gets clogged with a gallstone, then
you would
have trouble digesting food which is also
one of your symptoms.
I found this website selling a formula for
liver/gall bladder:
http://www.Organichealthandbeauty.Com
/64-36-livercleanseprogram.Html
note: I just did a search and came up with
the site. I dont know anything about
them. It might be worth a try..
Good luck

Yes, you need a doctor, and soon. This
should not be happening and if you put it
off for 2 years, I cant even imagine.
Hopefully not to scare you but everything
is still okay. Looks like you might have
calcium stones in your blatter or
something clogging you up. I am not an
expert but with your symptons I know you
need to see a doc and soon. Hope that
helps.

I'm Ok

Yesterday I had this severe pain in my
right side again, only this time it hurt
even for me to walk. So I went down to
the er and they ran a ton of tests.
Everything was ok other than severe
constipation (which I knew) the reason it
was so bad on that right side was because
it was backed up on that side more. He
also said my colon muscles were strectched
out so much that they completely quite
working!
He gave me some med's and told me to take
as much laxitaves I needed until I
eventually build my colon muscle back up
and it starts working on it's own. So, I
did just that and i'm feeling better. I
do have a bad headache...Maybe it's from
my body letting out all that toxin and
waste!!
Thanks to everyone who's listened to me

Misscadde, it really feels like at this
point that your pain is my pain.
There is nothing more I want other than to
see you healthy.
Sometimes I wonder why these doctors get
paid so much when they can't even diagnose
properly.
But don't worry, I am sure there are lots
of people on this board that wish you get
totally healthy. I like to think I am on
top of that list.
Please keep in touch as we are all here to
listen and help if we can.
Here's a toast to your health and well
being :-)

Nothing seems to helping yet. I have been
eating spinach, greens, wheat.. So I went
tonight and bought some fiber pills. If
this doesn't work my next step will be
buying some of that colonix cleaner --
cleans out your colon.
Anyone ever heard of it?
