Q: What Might My Symptoms Be?

I am a 28 year old female wh has been having feelings of pulsating painthroughout my body. This seems to be either a circulation problem or something of the sort. The pain can jump from one place to another in a matter of seconds and it only lasts for a few seconds also. I have been had these symptoms now for a long time but they are continuing to get more bothersome. Sometimes the pain can be worse than other times, and last a little longer before jumping to a new spot of the body. I am also extremely fatigued. Please if someone can help point me in a direction of possibilites for this problem , it would be appreciated. I would just like to know where to even start looking for answers. Circulatory? Or neurological?

Extremely eHealthy
First please get a full medical check up blood pressure, temp, pulse, liver & kidney function sugar & cholesterol.

Second whatever it is may be being made worse by stress so eat foods high in tryptophan (eg turkey, plain yoghurt, ricotta cheese, most nuts, pumpkin seeds etc etc) this helps balance serotonin levels brain & so destress us. Take a gentle 30 minute walk between 6 & 7 am at this hour even in overcast weather there's something in the suns rays that works on our brain chemicals to reduce stress. Also meditation & relaxation.

I would go with a central nervous sytem disorder, or neurological. But, like purple.. Said, go to your doctor first and rule out anything small that could be causing it. Good luck.
