I know theres no cure for mono, but you can treat the symptoms. I have taken tylenol but it doesn't seem to help the aches and headaches and stomach pain. Is it safe to take percocets if I haven't been prescribed? I know they're painkillers but I also know my immune system is weak and don't want to do anything stupid.

Do you have a doctor around? If so, go to them and they will hook you up with some painkillers, my doctor did and they really helped
