Q: Discrimination In America

Tell me why health insurance is like a gallon of milk? The more you buy the cheaper it becomes. The government is allowing mass discrimination in the workplace. The government nor corporations can discriminate based on sex, race, religion, etc., but they can and do discriminate based on where you work. This should be illegal. People like myself are paying $1000 per month for healthcare and people who work for "the government" are paying $125 for the same coverage.

Hey, why don't you stupid politians in washington dc stand up against these corporations and do something about this. Why don't we quit wasting billions of dollars on a war we do not need and stand up to these corporations that are terrorizing the self employeed.

It's not all discrimination. People that pay less for health coverage usually do so because their employer contributes more. You probably pay more because your employer contributes less.

Yes It Is....
Because, I as a tax payer am paying the insurance of those who work for the government as well as for myself.

Well, if you wanted to, you could work for the government as well.

actually, corporations (public, private) and government do pay a large part of health insurance for their employees as a benefit. Of course, there's the subject of universal health care, but, in a nutshell, no system is perfect. both private and universal health care has its pros and cons.

If you let enough people know how you feel, you could get things changed!!
