Hi,

firstly i'm a 21 year old male. For many years now i've had a problem )i believe with my neck). When I bend my neck forward my spine bones protrude out. This is only a problem with my neck and lower back area area. Even when my neck is upright you can feel the spine although the spine is barely visible.

I've noticed most people don't have this problem. At first although the protruding spine caused a mild cosmetic/visual problem I didn't mind. It wasn't that big a deal. However in recent months my neck is starting to hurt more and more and i'm starting to get concerned and annoyed with the pain.

Is my neck like this due to poor posture? I tend to slouch a lot and am generally quite lazy when it comes to exercise. Can the protruding bone/spine problem be corrected non-surgically and if so how?

Thanks
