I was recently diagnosed with helicobactor
and was given antibiotics, could only take
these for a day as they were so strong
they made me very ill.So I looked up
alternative medicine on the web and come
across manuka honey, have been taking it
for 2 months and my symptoms are much
better, I would strongly recomend this.
Is any body suffering with the
same and using an alternativ to
antibiotics?
P.S I have also read about using mastic
gum for this bacteria aswell, any ideas?

Hi there have just oredered some manuka
honey as I would much rather prefer going
down the natural route than by taking
antibiotics, will let you know how I get
on!

Hi,i took a teaspoon four times a day, the
one before bed I take on a small piece of
bread so this stays in the stomache
longer.Do you mind me asking what you'r
symptoms were.
Hayley.

My symptons were or are should I say, pain
in middle of my stomach and acid reflux.
Thanks for the tip. Have only been taking
it twice a day so far, but seems to have
eased a bit already but that may just be
in my head!!! How long before you noticed
any difference?

I never tried the honey or magestic gum.
I read both of them help. I think food
is the best medicine.
To actually give rid of the bacteria
faster is to take all carbs out of your
diet except low carb vegetables. You can
have most meats but pork and no seafood.
Only water is allowed and myabe green tea.
Olive oil and coconut you can use. No
salt. This will starve the bacterial bug
and the foods like broccoli, olive oil and
coconut oil will drive them out like
crazy. I consume several teaspoon of
olive oil everyday and they go nuts, just
make sure you wait 3 or 4 days before
doing this so most of the carbs are
gone.
The reason why the honey works is because
it contains low level of hydrogen
peroxide. High doseage can kill someone
it is quite toxic but low levels is not as
toxic that can kill bacteria. Becareful
to consume too much. You can get food
grade hydrogen peroxide that you can
consume with water.
If you're interest in the diet give me a
shout it is very hard to follow but worth
the effect. I've been on and off with a
month but finally sticking to it and i'm
on day 4 now and wow I feel so much
better!

No I am not a doctor. But I have done
about a year's research and read some
doctor's advice. I was in a lot of
extreme pain so that was a great
motivatior. My recommendations are
healthy ones they are foods only i'm not
telling you to consume that could be
dangerous like a herb.
Unless you are allergic to the foods I
recommend there is no danger and you will
lose weight if you try it. I am on day 5
now of this diet and I never feel better.
I do feel discomfort but I can tell the
bacteria is leaving my body. The urine
has bacteria or whatever. The bloating
is reducing slowly, I am also now eating
gouda cheese the stronger the better, the
reason for it is because it's soaked in a
brine that has friendly bacteria, gouda is
very low in carbs.
You're not spending extra money since
you're spending on food anyways. You
might spend a little more but I know meds
are expensive nowadays.
I'm not here to convince people either you
try the diet or not. If the diet does
help you I wouldn't mind a donation lol
;)
anyways do whatever you want. But if you
decide to try the diet and you have
questions let me know if not that's
cool.
Good luck
